I was advised Woodard couldn't help me and I wouldnt get much money back in my pocket after waiting months, not sure why I wasn't advised in the beginning whether my case was wanted or not. Went to another attorney, confirmed I had a SOLID case and got way more money than I could imagine. I felt my time was wasted and prolonged at Woodard. I'm so glad I got a second opinion and didn't soley go off what I was told by attorney there. I don't think I would ever recommend based off my experience. However, things may work differently for you 🤷

Attorney Aaron Woodard is the best attorney that I have found to help with a personal injury case as this is our second time of Attorney Woodard representing our family. A lot of factors are to be considered during a claim for compensation such as the amount of insurance coverage involved for both parties, Tennessee State Law requirements for health care cost coverage mandatory to be paid first even before the attorney can obtain his own fee, and etc. that in itself can be very frustrating for both the representing attorney, and injured client, but by law there is no way around the insurance company which can at sometimes make the injured client feel as if unfair treatment is involved. Honestly I can say that also a case can go in the undesired direction if the party doesn't have enough to collect from because as the old saying goes "blood can not be drawn from a turnip." An additional frustration is the waiting time from the injury to the settlement during a financial hardship can be very frustrating, however once again I promise that this factor is not to be the cause of the attorney. From my first experience with Attorney Woodard and now my second time of having Attorney Woodard in which I refer to as simply Aaron has been more than patient with me as I struggle daily from a brain injury from a car wreck and have horrible anxiety with that being said Aaron is just a text away at anytime in which that itself is extremely important. If you want honest representation then Aaron is the attorney that you are looking for even if the truth hurts. Aaron dedicates a lot of time in his cases even going out of his way to do what he can. To be honest our family considers Aaron as a friend, and not just our attorney. He has met with us on a Holiday to help us settle our case because he knew that our family was struggling from my brain injury, and 5 surgeries in one day from the car wreck.
