Nice law firm but Russ wouldn’t file 1of 2 complaint that warranted filing because he said it wouldn’t be heard because it wasn’t filed in a timely manner. Needless to say it needed to be filed b/c I’m undergoing a major surgery for it. But, I went elsewhere and got it filed with no issues. Although I’m not “bashing” him about the situation b/c he did help me with getting half of my claim filed just not the completed and I had to go elsewhere in order to get the work that I needed done.

Russ Haugen did an exceptional job handling my case. For the most part, he answered all of my questions before I had the chance to ask. Anything else I needed, he was quick to respond. He found additional compensation that I was due. This alone, let me know that he was taking good care of me. Excellent Law firm! Russell Haugen represented me, and he was absolutely amazing! He always checked on me and answered every phone call regarding my concern we settled for way more than I expected! He’s kind and considerate! I highly recommend Russell! He won’t let you down and God forbid but if I were to get injured again he’d be the first one that I’d call!!
