I would give Zero stars if I could ...Food for thought .If the person / company does not have insurance...DO NOT HIRE this firm....I'm still processing what happened to me ..took them 4 years to what THEY call settle...Mike Megreys favorite words are ASSETS & TAX FREE I always felt like he was degrading my case...even though I had my whole shoulder torn out....I didn't look hurt!!! What a joke.......RUN!

In January of '22, I had an unfortunate slip and fall due to a business not properly taking care of their sidewalks. This resulted in complete tears of various tendons in my right ankle, which required me to undertake a major reconstruction of my foot and ankle. I was 66 years old, and was still working part time, 5 days a week. As a result, I missed approximately 90 days of work, and I was not eligible for any disability pay. On July 15th 2024 I was bitten by a dog while at work, after learning that the dog's owner could not prove that the dog had its Rabie's shots or any vaccinations at all, I had to undergo a series of Rabie shots that were horribly painful, I have never felt to need for legal advice in my life until this happened, I reached out to another law firm who directed me to Woomer and Talarico, I left a message and shortly after that I was contacted by Kyle Dipre, and honestly believing I had little to no case at all, Kyle assured me that there was not only a case but a very winnable case, so after discussing this over with my wife Lisa we decided to move forward, Kyle and his team moved forward very quickly and in a short 8 months we reached an agreement with the home owners insurance provider and settled on a more than fair outcome, Kyle and his team were very upfront and transparent, and extremely professional, he was also very kind and respectful and always returned a phone call or a text message with answers to any and all my many questions.
