I reached out to this lawyer a few months ago because I was taking my landlord to court. He wanted to settle, said that I didn't really have a chance and dragging it out would be a bad idea...said I could maybe get half (5K) but it wasn't worth it to him. so I represented myself instead of hiring him...and I won 10K! Attention all new owner of multi family properties. If you are trying to evict your tenants, you need to research attorneys and pick the one specialized in landlord tenant evictions! Don’t just go for any attorney. My husband and I bought multi family property and some tenants needed to be evicted. We started with the attorney who did our closing paper work . Which was our biggest mistake! He did notice to quite wrong which was the first problem which set us up for failure, but by the grace of God I found attorney John, after calling 3 different attorneys and no one wanted to take my case, John took my case of tenants eviction and try to fix what other attorney did wrong. I really appreciate John, for not giving up on me and my husband and help us to reach an agreement with tenants to move out! Otherwise the other option would be to start all over again. I'm a landlord in Worcester County, and had really grown to strongly dislike one of my tenants. Weekly texts of complaints, threats, insults and general rudeness from this tenant.
