Well where do I start? I was paying off this debt and it was being deducted biweekly via credit card. My debt collector changed so many times and one of them did NOT continue to deduct the funds. Told me to pay by a certain date but wouldn’t accept 2 payments by the date. I paid off the amount and was garnished still. Now they’re saying the court has to reimburse me and the courts have no record of the garnishment being satisfied!! As long as they get the money, they will stall and lie when they are in the wrong!

This place is very sketchy. I had a settlement for my debt with court documents and they are trying to collect the full amount after over 3 years paying monthly to paid this off. I sent the lady a picture of our settlement and she then emailed me back with a different balance lower than what she first told me I owed. They don’t even keep history of phone calls and people we spoke to previously that gave us different balances. This is very upsetting and I am looking into a lawyer to verify all documents and recent invoices.

Paid off a garnishment back in August. They still garnished my wages for the whole amount. Still owe me 2 over payments. Told me they never received them. Called the courts and they did in fact receive and cashed both of them in October. Now they aren't answering the phone or emails.

Lying crooks. They purchase loans and then lie and say they’re working for the other company and can’t make deals or work with you. other company says amount is less than what these attorneys state and also say it’s no longer theirs and if it was they would work with ya but these crooks lie lie lie. Then they state they will only take a certain amount and then you find out from HR it’s double what they quoted you. Someone needs to stand up and take action. There should be a class action suit against these horrible rude liars. They’re crooks. They’ll take all your money and leave you homeless and not look back or care. Heartless for sure. Who wants to start looking for a good attorney to start a class action suit?

I’m not even sure where this debt is coming from or where it’s at gone anything but you send a letter to get my employment information. Lol jokes on you. Go head see what you find.

Got a call from Pam with a reference number, called it back and they told me they didn’t call me? I had a voicemail with a reference number and called the same woman back less than 5 minutes later and was told I was wrong and she was SO rude.

EDIT: OVER THREE YEAR LATER I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM LESS THAN A STAR. CHARGED ME $500 INSTEAD OF $50 AND NOW I HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I currently do not have a phone and I’ve been trying to get in contact for a few days through email. Get the “Someone will be with you shortly” message from the website and haven’t heard back in days. Was also never given any info to log into the website to pay or see my current balance. Have one document showing a balance much higher than documentation given when setting up payments.

Terrible. Absolute crooks

Mr Sullivan and paralegal Christina worked tirelessly to get my DUI arrest dropped to a reckless driving. Even after errors from the Pinellas County Clerks Office, I was able to keep my Texas CDL and I truly appreciate their professionalism and work ethic ! They will work for you to get your best possible outcome !! Highly recommend them !!
