I had worked with three Work Injury lawyers prior to hiring Peter and his work Injury law firm. In retrospect I pretty much messed up my case and Peter was very upfront with me about not being able to receive a maximum settlement which was my own fault. My number one priority was to get back to work and start Burning the same amount of money I was earning before I was injured. Peter and everybody at his personal injury firm worked very hard got me with excellent doctors and I got back to work I don't know if my settlement was great or not since I had never had a work injury. But it seemed fair and again my priority was getting back to work earning money and getting along with my life. I do have residual pain but I feel blessed that I'm able to continue my employment Full time.

My experience with being injured at work was really terrible. However I did find a great lawyer when I called this law firm and hired Peter and Jay. They did a terrific job on my case I felt like everything was under control even though there was a lot of sitting and waiting going on. I was extremely grateful for the honesty Peter gave me upfront letting me know things move very slow and he wasn't lying. But looking back at the settlement I received and the fact that I'm back to work made it all worth it. If I would have continued to handle my case on my own I probably would've received nothing and lost my job and still be injured. It's amazing how the insurance company is totally unethical and does not care about your health or your financial well-being at all. I hate to use such harsh words but that was the impression I got when I dealt with them directly. Don't try to do this on your own if you don't hire Peter or Jay find a lawyer that works for you and move forward with the lawyer do not attempt to do this on your own.

I called and made an appointment for a consultation to speak to someone about my worker's comp case and afterwards decided to call around and weigh my options, only to call a different number theand getting same receptionist. Boy, did she have an attitude. Lol. She asked me, "since you're calling around do you want me to cancel your appointment?" How rude!? We should all have the right to weigh our options, just as we please! Definitely won't be going there.

Injured at work. Was scared to file a claim because I did not want to lose my job. My injury got worse, I filed a claim, they denied my claim. The workers compensation attorney group was a life saver for me and my totally screwed up case. My case was originally delayed and went under investigation because I am a pushover and my boss told me to give it a week and see if it gets better. Luckily he did not lie and my case was accepted. Without the help of my lawyer I am not sure my case would have been accepted though. I get the feeling unless you have a workers compensation attorney in your corner you are not going to get a fair shake or even close to the amount of money you deserve I learned this lesson in a car accident I had once before. I broke my leg on the job. I was off work for some time, collecting my benefits and trying to get well again. I went to my regular follow up with my Dr and he cleared me for work when there was no way I could perform my job duties.
