I hired this firm a long time ago- a couple of years, to be exact. I’m still waiting to figure out if a settlement is on the table for me. The last I heard, my attorney was going to call me, then never did. She’s nice enough, but to be honest, the urgency and communication issues with this firm are real. I hesitated to leave a negative review because I like my attorney as a human being, but after seeing everyone else’s similar reviews when I googled the firm to get the phone number again- I thought I should explain my situation as well. There are other firms out there that treat their clients with urgency. Just look elsewhere.

Not sure who takes the calls here but the lady who answered was very rude and short with me.

Thalia Pacheco was the absolute best attorney I could have asked for! In a situation where I was unfamiliar with anything legal, she was helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and gave me the guidance I needed to get through it. I appreciate everything she did for me—hopefully I will never have to experience anything like this again but if I do I know who to call and will absolutely recommend her and this firm to anyone I have the opportunity to!

I wouldn't recommend this firm if it was free to consumers. The attorney on my case completely disappeared after suggesting action to take against a former employer. I took the action, to have my attorney stop taking my calls. No response to my voicemails, emails, or texts. It has been over a month since I received a response. When I called the company twice last week, they said he was in a meeting and would call back. I never received a call back....couldn't be more disappointed in a law firm....seeking different representation for a potential lawsuit. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
