Moved offices without telling us. We didn’t find out until they told us that we were 2 months behind on our payments, and they claimed they never received those 2 payments. Now they are claiming that they haven’t received our last 4 payments

I absolutely LOVE how this ridiculous company likes to ASSUME people don’t want to pay a debt ! I received a very absurd letter in the mail on Saturday 9/27 . I will be sending over to my attorney.

Coordinator was cordial at first but refused to take down all the information provided to me by my insurance company proving they would have paid the outstanding balance because they were more worried about collecting the debt. Granted this is what they are paid for, but don't cut people off mid sentence or interrupt them, and make sure you take down all the information given so you have something you can go back to.

This place called me and left a voicemail and this lady was yawning as she was leaving a voicemail, wow very professional. Not calling back for sure.

Some lady called me from their office about medical bill I owed. When I tryed to to tell her, I was off work till April from haven surgery she hung up on me. Very Rude Person

I'll use them in the future!!! If I need a lawyer that is haha.

Accounts manager Debra is very nice to work with. She understood the situation and my intentions to fix the issue. The same cannot be said for one of her employees who was argumentative and hung up before finding a solution.

These people do not listen to your financial. Situation 1 check a month every 3rd.wed. I have explained to them over 4 times ma.my payment will not be there until after the 22nd.of the month but here come the phone calls every 3 months..man?
