Wright Gray Trial Lawyers

This law firm has a paralegal working for them that bashes parents that have lost children unexpectedly. She thinks it is funny to rub it in the parents face that they have a deceased child. The law firm refuses to do anything because it is not being done through company email. It is hard to take a law firm serious that allows illegal conduct to be done while the paralegal is on the clock regardless of whether or not it is done through company email.

Horrible experience. Lack of accurate communication if at all. Like many other clients, I have yet to receive my settlement. My case has been in the works since Dec of 2020 and I am still trying to get it resolved. Multiple “attorneys” and paralegals have started and quit the firm. Deadlines are missed. Balls are dropped for years at a time. Working with this “firm” is a true struggle - save yourself time and headache and try somewhere else.

My experience has been terrible. I was involved in an accident in August 2017. Just settled with GEICO October 2024. Attorney GRAY has never updated me on any stage of case. Attorney office has held settlement check going on 90 days and according to atty Brown there are other steps to be taken.

dont expect to be able to talk to anyone... have been reaching out to them for over a year and not one return call

This law firm is a nightmare!! It’s been over a year still haven’t received a payment. Insurance company have already paid out. I’ll be writing in my full review soon.. I have left over five messages and haven’t received a call back. They only take calls from new clients. I’ll be reaching out to the better business bureau instead.

Everything started off ok.. the communication is terrible with whoever my son was appointed I’ve been calling and emailing and failed to get any feedback. It’s been months
