I inherited a condo when my Aunt passed away and had someone interested but needed a lawyer to help with a contract and logistics of the sale. Michael was incredibly helpful and even responded quickly when he was on vacation! (I was unaware or I would have left him alone). He was incredibly professional, empathetic, courteous and definitely looks out for his clients! He also works fast, no BS, and is aware of his billing hours. Very efficient and doesn't want to wasted your time or money. He also helped us through some HOA loopholes that could have really hindered our sale. Could not recommend highly enough!

Michael coordinated a sale of a home efficiently and effectively in July 2019. The paperwork and all communications were timely, clear, and the sale went through without any delays or errors. This was an estate sale and was coordinated in two states. The entire process was excellent. I want to stress that the entire process was very efficient with excellent, clear communications.
