Helps you when you need it

In my opinion, Cort is very unprofessional. I used him for a mediation and he would get upset if I disagreed with something he wanted me to do. In my dealing with him, he was rude, immature, and an all around disappointment. My recommendation would be strongly consider going elsewhere.

Cort is known as a top attorney in Knoxville. He may be in other areas, but I dealt with him as a Guardian Ad Litem. He was not easy to communicate with and was borderline rude. It was his way or I-40. If you get him as a GAL, petition the judge for a different GAL. He wanted $250/hr! No detailed invoice or pro forma.

Cort and his team is very professional and easy to work with. He handled our adoption case and we were informed about everything through the entire process. If we had any questions he was always quick to respond. Highly recommend him.
