The Wyman team is excellent—professional, responsive, and clear in their communication. They had my demand letter ready within 2 weeks and kept me updated throughout. For context, I had hired a so-called “contractor” who took a 35% deposit of nearly $32K but never did any planning, permits, or construction—and wasn’t even licensed. Thankfully, I had paid by credit card. While I initially hired Wyman when it looked like my bank might deny my dispute, in the end I was able to get the full chargeback by being persistent with the process. My advice for anyone in a similar situation: be patient with the bank’s dispute process (it can take 2–3 months). In hindsight, I didn’t need an attorney unless the dispute was denied. That said, I truly appreciated how professional and communicative Andrew and his team were, and they’d be a great resource if legal help does become necessary.
