Waste of money

This firm is a joke don’t wast your time or money. All they care about is getting their cut. No communication zero compassion for the client. Mr Tom will act like your best buddy and take all he can. Completely worthless attorney AI could do better.

This firm is a joke. My case was passed to them from Jim Addler after two years of them just sitting on it. Mr Tom firm took the case on for another year and did very little. We had one mediation of which they came to a settlement. The settlement was 37,500$ after getting my medical bills down to 14k and there almost 15k in firm fees I get little over 6k in a car wreck that has forever changed my life for the worse. Thses people have zero communication for there clients and you have to call them to get answer to anything. Please please please don’t trust this firm or Jim Addler with your case. How can a firm that did the absolute very least for their client taken more than twice what the client gets. Now I know this is just a google review but if this reaches just one person and makes a difference then this could help anyone else from wasting there time and possibly their settlement on these two attorneys firms. If I could give a negative star rating it would be -10stars

I highly recommend The Law office of Jeff Tom, P.C. After being dragged into a commercial lease dispute, my brother and I were in search of a reputable attorney in San Antonio that would help get us out of this unwanted situation. An acquaintance of the family referred Jeff to me and my brother. It was the first time either my brother or I were accused of any wrongdoing that required the hiring of an attorney, so you must know that we were a little scared and overcome with anxiety. It was within minutes of our initial visit with Jeff that my brother and I knew we were in good hands . Not only were we impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the law, we were both personally taken aback by Jeff’s character. And I mean this in a great way! Amazing how fast they work for you and help you

Honestly I wouldn’t go here if my life depended on it. I feel as if they are all about getting their cut and not fighting for what’s right. They use little to no effort to satisfy their client, their communication is very poor and they’ll settle your case just so they can receive their 40% cut. I highly don’t recommend unless you want to receive 10% of the little settle they agree to ….
