Maybe the laziest batch of prosecutors in all of yakima county. One of them is an old bald guy who looks like colonel Sanders and appears senile in court. The judge asks him simple questions and he seems really confused and struggles to figure out the answer every time I've been in court. It is painful to watch. No clear response other than using a juvenile charge to make it so high of an offence in which the laws have changed to protect me from that. Back in 2013 I was setup by Yakima police and entrapped, I used to be a 6 figure business owner but serena hutchinson can use you guys as a weapon and you've done nothing to help me, clear my name, look at the situation for the suspicious circumstances it was just wash over it completely.
