If I could give zero stars I would. Be careful with how Brooke sneaks in the fees after the retainer. Outrageous. What should have been a month or so dragged for months resulting in thousands more. Keep tabs on the time frame. My mistake.

Jodi and Claudia are absolutely the best. They helped my husband apply for Legal Permanent Status, then they helped him become a US Citizen. They also helped my mom become a Legal Permanent Resident in less than a year! My mom had seen 5 different attorneys and was told they couldn’t help her. When we went to Jodi and Claudia, my mom was not expecting much but when she was told she could become a LPR, we could not believe it. A few months later, my mom now has her green card. These firm embarrassed my mother and ruined her case. Her attorney's inability to do his duties resulted in her having to withdraw her case. This law firm is not something I would suggest. They are only trying to take your money and are quite reckless. The Washington State Bar Association should be notified about them.

I called on Tuesday to make an appointment to go over a Real Estate contract and spoke to someone directly. I was never followed up with to set up an appointment.

Was supposed to have a phone consultation with Matt. He missed the call. No call happened. Despite Matt calling me to apologize in a voicemail and saying there is no charge (obviously) and me calling and emailing their office many times over the years about this (many different office staff; must be high turnover?) they still send me an invoice for a service that never happened....constantly. And each time I am assured it is handled and won't happen anymore. From the reviews below it looks like the representation there is great so I cannot comment on that. This review is strictly toward their office staff and billing. If they cannot even rectify something as simple as this I would definitely not trust them with handling any serious or sensitive personal information.

My experience with Yakima Law and particularly with Jodi Mumford was beyond exceptional. She made sure I understood the the process we would be going through, how long it could possibly take, and what I needed to do whenever I received a request of verification letter. Jodi was on top of my case 100% of the time and never had to wait long periods of time to get an answer to my concerns or questions. She made us feel as if she was with us every step of the way and couldn't be happier for have choosen her as our attorney for our immigration needs.
