A relative used Yandell Law. They made false accusations against me and my sisters with no proof. The inappropriate letter we received from Yandell Law said on the back to contact Yandell Law with any questions. So I did. The attorney kept stonewalling my questions about providing proof. I sent an email to the attorney just to confirm the conversation we had and I never received a response (not surprised). I sent an email to the general info inbox requesting an acknowledgement and nothing. They do not do proper research. All they care about is who swipes the credit card. Response to your response: Negative, your attorneys do not carefully review all information before taking action. Your attorneys sent a legal correspondence accusing my sister who has down-syndrome, of violating WI state statutes. She cannot read or write complete sentences and lives with a caregiver. She lacks the legal capacity to understand your offensive letter. Sending an innocent girl with special needs a letter full of untrue false accusations with no evidence is sick.
