Want my refund . I was not let aware that I had to call for the appt . In all my years this is the 1st time .I pay and never get a notice or a call .the day of the appt . It very unprofessional. I was all day waiting. I was recommended but Clearly it was a bad recommendation . I am very disappointed in this law firm . Was very looking for ward. I want a refund .

Called from Texas for a family member and he charged $150 consultation for less than 5 minutes. He wasn’t too helpful and said he couldn’t help with his case for a process he does but didn’t want to do because we weren’t his clients??? They are just all about their money from what I saw. He doesn’t care to help. These lawyer are a rip off to a community that is in need of help and guidance, especially these days.

I was looking for a law firm for assistance and information regarding Fiance and Marriage Visas. Yarra, Rivas, & Associates was the first place I found where I felt safe and secure. I appreciated the professionalism. My legal representative was Elena Martinez. She was responsive enough and assisted me with a majority of the questions I had. Thankfully my case went through and all went well. Update June 2025- I had to bring a star down due to not being made clear regarding how my case would be moved forward. They were still helpful and assisted me with what I needed, I just wish it was made clearer to me that there would be further payment and a different contract for what I wanted afterwards.
