They told my mom they can make a (notarized letter) charged her $150. The day of the appt. The lawyer told her we don't offer that service and you can't get your money back. What a way to get fast money. She was told she would get her receipt on the way out. But the receptionist that helped her was out the the one present on her way out was just like I don't know anything.

Would not recommend this group poor services rude staff

How are they going to have their employees order delivery, act rude upon delivery and not even tip They must not pay well and for being an immigration lawyer I'd expect that they would give a proper tip to their Mexican courier whos bringing them orders in the rain.

I’m not sure who was the one that helped us but he was very rude and did not explain anything to us. When we would ask a question he would just give us a one word response with no explanation. Overpriced for a consult that literally answered no questions.

Excellent lawyers, very efficient, and above all, very honest. 100% recommended.

I booked a consultation with them and the attorney i was talking to was an hour late and also was very rude and tried to make me seem stupid for asking questions to try and get an understanding of the processes etc, when i look for an attorney i want someones support and guidance and that consultation was not that at all and i have also been refused a refund so if you want to be belittled and robbed go with these guys. Keep my money

Am so thankful to Juanita for being able to help us on are case she would answer my questions all the time she did what was possible to have us update I honestly recommend her she is a great person she helps in what is needed finally my husband got his visa am happy for getting a really great person that was just helping out a lot honestly I thank her so much for everything she is a happy person that has a great customer service she awesome thank you Juanita.

Would recommend if you want your citizenship process to take over 5 years!
