Me and my wife wanted to execute our Will and Trust. We had a "ARAG Legal Plan" through my employer. We found Attorney office of "York Gaskill, LLC". We spoke to Attorney Chip Gaskill over the phone and he was very informative and provided guidance for next steps. Then the Attorney office sent a draft version of Last Will and Testament, Financial Power of Attorney, Georgia Advanced Directive for Healthcare, Revocable Trust, Quitclaim Deed. Once verification by us is completed, they gave very flexible timings, so that we can go to their office and execute the documents. Don "Chip" Gaskill and Meghan Gaskill were very responsive by quickly responding to emails with all my questions and concerns. Documents were easy to prepare with their checklist and guidance. Chip and Meghan were very friendly and professional, and communicated in a such way that you did not have to be a lawyer to understand. Also, they had a process to allow us (clients) a safe way to sign our documents and still comply with Covid-19 safety protocols. I highly recommend their services.

Meghan Gaskill and Don “Chip” Gaskill are what I like to call a dynamic duo. They helped me and my spouse with our affairs and were fast and efficient which is exactly what we needed with an estate law attorney. LGBTQ+ friendly, and they respect all safety measures for COVID-19. You get to stay in your car to sign documents and everyone wears a mask/face-shield which is extremely respectful for those with compromised immune systems. They are a pleasure to work with and I hope to remain a client in the future should it ever be needed.
