I was in an insurance claim case. Tom Nance was my appointed attorney from Geico. The opposition wanted $500,000. He felt like we were in trouble. I felt hopeless going into the trial. We won the case. The jury awarded the plaintiff no money in damages. Nance’s ability to cross examine witnesses and find holes and inconsistencies in their stories is incredible. He did his homework so well that he found details in medical documents that could have been easily overlooked that saved our case.
