My experience with this firm was extremely frustrating. While initially relieved, I soon found the process dominated by severe administrative delays. Timelines were completely missed. Gathering records took significantly longer than quoted because staff repeatedly failed to acquire the necessary paperwork, delaying key case milestones. I was forced to do some of the firm's administrative work myself, including calling my providers, discovering the firm hadn't sent requests, and even obtaining my own hospital records to move the case forward. I also had to personally follow up on financial details when the firm's staff couldn't. Furthermore, communication from the attorney handling my settlement was curt and uninformative. I cannot recommend this firm. The experience was stressful and required constant effort on my part to manage my own case.
