I started working with John Young for my disability claim in 2023. The case dragged out over a year, but Mr. Young remained hopeful and encouraging that entire time. He is pure professionalism, kindness, and compassion. He was quick to respond to my calls and emails, and gave me wonderful help both with the initial disability application and all the follow-up forms. He's definitely part of the reason that I was approved for disability, and I'm so grateful to him.
