Young Bogle McCausland Wells and Blanchard

Went to Mr Bogle for help with transferring property after a death and he lied to me repeatedly. I chose this office because it was listed as an “ethical” practice. Jerry Bogle is NOT an ethical person.

Would not recommend at all. Blanchard wouldn't respond to calls or emails. In 18 months, he wouldn't file a child support worksheet. He seemed to be working more for opposing counsel than the person that hired him. He refused to file contempt and did nothing when my son was taken against court orders of parenting time. Now hes hitting me with a $6000 bill. He literally did nothing, but cause severe damage and allowed my son to be used a pawn.

Do not recommend - not timely on work or responsive. Attorney Lacy Gilmour.

I wasn't told about payment until after the work was done. And then was blatantly called entitled. Very unprofessional if you ask me

My lawyer did not do anything I had requested. I did not receive any of the help I wanted. All of my money got spent to emails because she never once actually talked to me and it took over two weeks to even get my case started with me calling and emailing to try and get the process rolling. A big waste of my time and money with who I had.

So far I am impressed and pleased with this law firm will see if my case can be finally finalized this year

Mr mark wells has a heart of gold and is a good man to hire for your side to be heard

Blanchard was hired by my partner to assist him in a family court case regarding his son. He agreed to a vital condition with the mother and her attorney without the consent of my partner. He has since refused to maintain contact with his client and the other attorney after having been paid for his services. My partner will be filing a grievance for the amount that he has paid to this office and the amount of back child support that has accrued since the date of file thanks to Mr. Blanchards complete lack of communication. I can also see that this is not the first time he has acted in this way to his clientele.

I’ve referred numerous clients to Jerry Bogle. My referrals tell me he is knowledgeable and effective.
