It was my first PI case and everything went smoothly and very professional.

We have two ongoing post-accident cases with this office. Communication was great in the beginning — Judy, my original point of contact, always provided timely updates. Unfortunately, everything changed around July 2025 when i found out the staff was replaced. Since then, communication has been almost nonexistent. I call the office every week to get any updates and am always told that a paralegal or attorney will call me back, but I haven’t received a single follow-up for months. We are now approaching a year on the first case, and I still have no clear updates on where we stand. I wish we never started second case with them, because looks like we are going to face the same issue.
