Zach and Carina have really helped me through an extremely difficult year. One poor decision and bad mistake can be an embarrassing and shameful time. Zach and Carina always treated me like a human being and had my best interests in mind. For me personally, I appreciated Zach's approach of we will notify you of any updates or changes, no need to constantly call us for updates. Sometimes I would hear from them twice a month, sometimes after five or six weeks. Ultimately it's a slow grind process and I really appreciated that I didn't have to constantly call for updates and knew my case was in safe hands.
