I feel blessed to have come across this site. I was able to discuss my situation with attorney Tyler Brown after I had input some information interacting with their AI platform. Initially I spoke with his staff Lindsay who was wonderful and listened to other details and then got me in touch with the attorney, who is one of the gentlest and kindest attorney I have interacted with. He gave me sound advice that validated some of my thoughts and helped take away the doubts I had about a case settlement situation. May you all be blessed for the kind and competent work you do.

I had a positive interaction with the AI tool but, have 2 things in feedback. 1. Make it easier to save from the AI. I lost the document it helped me to create for the adjuster when I responded to the text from your representative. Lindsey. 2. The AI indicated that a representative would call me in a couple of minutes with further assistance at no charge. Instead I received a text (which I didn't see for 20 minutes) and was told by Lindsey that since your organization would not be representing me she could not help me any further. I really appreciated a follow up call but, I may not have answered it based on the above interpretation. I was overall pleased with using this tool and with the representative who ultimately called me.

Very helpful, and most importantly to me was they were not pushy. Offered their services and send me info I could use without obtaining a retainer and stayed in touch with me for updates.

Ty gave me such knowledgeable advice. He was honest and said it wasn't worth an attorney's time since it was a minor injury settlement. He was honest and said he would take 1/3 of it minimum which would leave me with even less so it wasn't worth legal help. He was willing to walk me through what I should say to help with a settlement offer. Well, his advice worked, I got triple what the first offer was! This is a wonderful resource for a honest, quick response and helpful advice.
