Luis Hernández —— If you need an attorney DO NOT hire this man. He’s been sitting on my probate case for almost 2 years and has done absolutely nothing. He withdrew from representing me 3 days before we had court, because “the judge was going to be pissed” because he’s been dragging my case and a witness report was incomplete. A report that was incomplete for months but he decides to take note days before court. He filed 2 or 3 times for my case since March 2024, and one of the times I was the one filling out the information for him. Initially he asked me how much I had paid when I asked for my money back and now he’s ignoring my messages. I’m out thousands of dollars and it’s not fair. He did NOTHING. And I’m not the only one he’s done this to. I’ve had to hire another attorney. I absolutely don’t mind paying for services rendered but like I said, he did NOTHING but waste my time and my kids time.

Richard has always addressed my legal issues with confidence and integrity. He is a man of the community who puts his best foot forward to help others.

Usless, does no work. Just keeps on asking for money. This hernandez guy did nothing put ask for money for 5 years.
