SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! Front desk Ana is no help, answers every question with "I DON'T KNOW". Vito is watching you through camera in the tiny office & also sits on the phone telling Ana what to say.. IT'S PRETTY CREEPY! Zedomily filed my small claim case. Knew when, and where the person would be at in order to serve.. (I literally had court in the SAME BUILDING) They did not show up on either of the two days. I ended up paying someone else to serve the documents. I called Zedomily to speak with Vito. Ana asked me what was the reason and before I could say why she cut me off asked for my Full Name then hung up in my face.. I called back Ana was being very rude stating she has a customer is why she hung up, that they finished my case and doesn't know why I'm calling them and her boss (Vito) told her to hang up. Then proceeded to HANG UP IN MY FACE once AGAIN. I then called the number provided to contact Vito he answered very rudely cursing at me saying what do I want, why am I calling, my case is over and that he's now retired.. I'm confused on why they were so disrespectful all of a sudden. Vito tells me he "doesn't give a shit" and hangs up in my face AGAIN.. So let me get this straight you TAKE MY MONEY, do a HALF JOB, and now I'm the bad guy? Sounds to me like you knew why I was calling and wanted to avoid me.. If you feel that you did your job why go out of your way to be so disrespectful for NO REASON. Threatening to sue for "harassment" because I asked for my money back? AFTER having to pay someone to do THEIR JOB. BTW the "independent contractor" is MY family member that I had serve the other party. She never has worked for Zedomily!

They only collected my money and didn’t do anything about my case.

Vitto and his team provide the best legal services in Riverside County. They were incredibly helpful in resolving my unlawful detainer case and securing possession back for me. Unprofessional and bad attitude from the start. Saved myself the headache

I’m still waiting on a response from Vito or one of his assistants. I was told that documents would be served 2 weeks ago. When I asked for an update, he kept messaging me a generic response over and over again. This is not how a professional handling sensitive documents should respond. Any response that’s specific would be appreciated. On top of that, I have also emailed multiple times with no response and I have called and no one ever answers and I can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. I don’t mind changing my review but at this point I am not happy with the commutation and unprofessionalism. I still haven’t gotten an update I need someone to respond to me asap Update 10/14/2024 They finally served my client and filed what was needed a little over a week ago. The owner did help with adjusting the case name, which he volunteered and I appreciate it, but the communication is something they need to work on throughout the process. I forgot about changing my review which caused another bad situation.. He called me and my client threatening to sue us if we didn’t remove this review. Called and yelled at me and my client, as well as sending very unprofessional text messages with threats. This is unacceptable. This guy is a bully and really needs to work on his professionalism

I recently faced an extreme violent situation, after notifying Riverside Co Sheriffs Office to serve the TRO - RCSO made an attempt and left a business card for the perpetrator to contact them (what a joke) at that point I only had 1 1/2 days left to make sure they were served or we would have to start everything all over. I was desperate - I went to Zedomily and after paying a nominal fee they said “ no problem - we can do it” Even though I was abit skeptical I was praying it could be done - I was scared and knew these people were extremely dangerous so I was worried. I fretted all day and just when I thought it wasn’t going to happen - Mr. Vito called me at 7:30 pm and said they had been served- I was so happy and extremely grateful and now I can proceed with the legal process. Thank you everyone at Zedomily!
