There are truly not enough words to express how grateful I am for Misha and his paralegal, Jocelyn. From the very first phone call I made after my accident, they treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine care. I was scared, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next, but they immediately stepped in and reassured me that I was going to be taken care of. Throughout the entire process, Misha and Jocelyn were always there for me. They kept me informed, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. Im not entirely sure where all these positive reviews are coming from or if i just got the wrong set of people handling my case (benefit of the doubt.) Ive dealt with another attorneys office in the past and it was NOTHING like this! My experience has been hell to say the least and i regret ever working with them! The first few weeks after hiring Zehl and Associates i was assigned a case worker and attorney. The initial caseworker that walked me through the first steps was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I spoke to her a few times before i got my case switched to another case worker and attorney. Thats when my experience quickly took a negative turn. I completed my treatment last year (2025). I get no detailed updates from my case worker i attempt to get in contact with her via phone and email with no response, soo many times. I even had to call the main number on Google to have someone from the Intake team for them to get in contact with my caseworker just for them to tell her to contact me to give me and update. (Ive done this 3 times!) I finally ended up getting in contact with the Supervisor in charge of the Case Workers on Feb 19th and she assured me things would be handled different and she would put the initial case worker on my case to help out because she was so much more helpful and actually communicated. Its now March 9th and nothing has changed. I even reached out to the Supervisor A SECOND TIME and have yet to get a response. So in a nut shell from September 2025 til now March 9th 2026 for me to be able to speak to someone from this office to give me some information about my case has been like pulling teeth. I held off writing this review for a few months but i have exhausted all my options on making these people understand..and still nothing.... This is so horrible! If i could go back in time and pick another attorneys office i would! There is sooo many in the Houston area to be dealing with this..

Other law firms I went to didn't seem interested and some never even got back to me. That was not the case here. They were on top of their stuff, relayed the information and everything was dealt with pretty quickly

Working with Zehl, more specifically Paige Lawrence & her team (Bradford Hendrickson, Melissa Perez, and Caitlin Lucas) has been nothing short of a movie perfect law firm. Through the whole process I never felt like I couldn’t ask a question, like my voice wasn’t being heard, and every interaction felt just so human. When you are injured or even dealing with something life changing that you actually need to find a lawyer especially for an oil field case, there’s times where you just want to give up. It’s so easy to start to think there’s no way things could ever get better, no one really cares, and there’s no chance you can win against these oil companies. Paige proved all 3 of those worries to be untrue, every step of the way she showed me such genuine care, from start to finish she never stopped fighting to do right by me, and even with how amazing lawyer she is, I am still in shock how she got me every last cent I deserved.
