Super unreasonable and rude have no business being in the industry they are in…. Never felt more disrespected by a company in my life… hope they lose their practice

Worked with me the last 20 years. Hard to pay bills on minimum wage jobs especially after the rise in cost of living each year. Will never get paid in full because of interest but that is the racket debt pays collectors.

These are really good honest people.

There is a scam associated with this law firm. Please verify any info or letter you get from them. Do not offer any info to them.

I have attempted payment arrangements with them multiple times. They only take "Certain" checking account information and then expect you to go and get a money order each month to make payment. If you are "refusing" the payment arrangement you agreed to, even if it's due to limited payment acceptance options, then you are voiding the debt. Plus, in the state of Kansas it is 5 years a collector can attempt to collect on a written contract. After 5 years it's void per Kansas Law. This debt is from 2013.

I'm sure its a decent law firm, but when it comes to handling collection accounts, your patience will be put to the test. All I need to do is PAY OFF an account that has been turned over to collections. So far I've been waiting 2 weeks to hear back on a settlement offer so I can move forward trying to better my credit. I've called at least a hand full of times to see if the settlement offer was approved or denied. Still waiting.
