Quick and efficient. If you want to be prepared and have a will completed I would suggest Sandra Dittus. Kind and professional. And yes there are Kleenex available.

Carol may have the best interest of her client, but not the children involved. She seems to try to stir up drama and give manipulative advice, I assume to start a fight and increase billable hours.
