I got in touch with Josh Zisson on a recommendation from a fellow bicyclist colleague after a bicycle accident when a car crashed into me at high speed last summer; I'm so very thankful that I did. More important to me than being an excellent attorney; Josh is a genuinely awesome guy who provided me indispensable help *pro bono* over my six months of dealing with my insurance adjuster who continuously stone-walled on my hospital bill copay reimbursement. I heard "my benefits were exhausted" so many times from every person I spoke to or emailed at the insurance company; they even mailed me an "explanation of benefits" saying this! I was in a bicycle vs car accident in 2022–the first time I’ve ever been hit while on my bike, so, that in itself was scary.
