Chenise helped review the lease to start up my medical practice in Honolulu HI. I was leasing into a large commercial building that has strict requirements for their tenants. Chenise helped me to know what is customary with office buildings and what leeway I might have for negotiation as a new tenant. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience overall with her detailed explanation and knowing from experience what I should ask for as a medical practice. Since it is a mixed use building, I was surprised at some of the language that was left on the lease as "standard" but really does not make sense for my line of business. If the terms weren't asked for in the lease, or even earlier at the letter of intent, then the building might not let me practice my full scope of medicine as intended.
