I used Mark and Amir; mostly Mark. The initial meeting seemed like it was a welcoming team of competent and well read lawyers. Then the preparation for my spousal support hearing arose. 10 days prior I communicated to Mark and the firm that I felt we were not ready as no one had contacted any key fact witnesses nor reviewed any of the documentation provided a month prior. I email Mark, call the firm and conveyed my concerns. Mark made an appointment the next day with me for a call and he forgot. Then he didn’t answer my emails, and then I sent a strong email to postpone the hearing and he finally returned that email that there was no need for witnesses. Then, the hearing came; he was totally unprepared, overcharged me for doing nothing to prepare, and ended up using the witness’s last minute - and never prepared his own witnesses. He then performed horribly in court and thankfully the judge postponed the hearing for a later date. I then hired a much more competent lawyer and hopefully she will correct and fairly represent me as the hearing is coming soon. Mark and his firm had the nerve to bill me again for work he poorly did and for preparation he never did. I don’t think so; he should be apologizing for setting me and my family back money and harder times then needed be.

After feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere in my case with my previous attorney, I switched to this firm and couldn’t be happier!! Dan stepped in to my case last minute, and you would have thought he was the attorney on the case from the beginning. He was extremely kind and personable, patient with all my questions, very knowledgeable and willing to fight to get me the results I needed. Never did I feel like we were settling or conceding on anything. Dealing with the other party in my case is far from easy, but he made it look simple. His calm confidence made the entire experience so easy. I couldn’t recommend Dan and this firm enough. Highly recommend!!

I had an excellent experience working with Jeff Grisillo. He handled everything well from start to finish and was very reasonable. I found his team and staff to always be highly responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I had a positive experience and would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a good divorce attorney.

I hired him as a divorce lawyer and he asked for a $3500 retainer. On the initial consultation, he charged me for three hours of talking which was almost $1400. All useless. I tried to settle out of court and told him within three days of my initial consultation. He kept on billing me. He doesn’t understand what settling out of court means. I’m almost up to $8000. Just because I fired him and asked him questions about my bill. He then kept adding to my bill. He didn’t tell me that he used up all of my retainer until he added almost $4000 more on my bill. Even though I told him I was settling out of court, three days after I initially met him. I don’t know how I owe him almost $8000 now. He violated my retainer agreement because he did not bill me until 44 days after my initial consultation. He was supposed to bill me twice a month. If I would’ve known then that he blew through my retainer, I would’ve fired him then. He would not tell me the details, of the emails he was charging me $91 every email for. I asked for the emails he was charging me for and he would not tell me. Until I quoted rule 1.1 6(D) “upon termination of a lawyer, they shall provide all documents that I paid for.” That’s when I learned that he charged me $91 to correct my wife’s birthdate. His mistake cost me $91. He made multiple mistaken emails and I had to pay $91 every mistaken email he made. Don’t go to this guy. He is such a bad character. He is now taking me to court saying that I owe him more money even though I told him I was settling out of court, three days after I first met him. Almost $8000 for three days of work, is a high price! Please don’t go to this law firm, for your sake. Zlock is a swindler.

The lawyers at Zlock & Grisillo are nothing short of fantastic, professional and well versed in the law. I have used their services several times over the years with phenomenal results. I highly recommend this firm.

Run… unethical, bullying and fear tactics used after takin $3500 retainer to get me to fold, threats with larger legal fees etc. Initially, I was impressed that Kevin Zlock gave me his personal cell number, “call me anytime, day or night. I’ll take your call anytime”, then did not return my call on the office line during business hours. I was handed off to his Chester County attorney, Tim Grisillo, who was on vacation. I was told he’d call me the following week. When Tim called, he told me his brother, Jeff, was also on the line. The two brothers argued with me, back and forth, that they couldn’t do what I had hired them to do, invalidate a PSA due to fraud. When I stood firm on my position, Tim hung up, just abruptly dropped the call, leaving just Jeff on the line. I was billed for both brothers. With a deadline fast approaching, Jeff was apparently now handling my case, whom I hadn’t heard of or agreed to with Kevin when I hired this firm. I folded in court a few weeks later, costing thousands. Jeff told me that day in court, he hadn’t had a chance to read my file. I’m not sure the firm ever obtained my file. They billed thousands beyond the $3500 retainer, even billing for emails that were never sent or received. During one of the three calls with Jeff, he told me a drawn out parable about a man losing his house in a flood, not applicable to my position, to add to billable hours, also a fear tactic.

This law firm's team of attorneys is exceptional. Jeff and Tim Grisillo are particularly commendable for their thoughtful and responsive communication. They were absolutely fantastic and were able to help me navigate through the situation I was in with my family. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Zlock & Grisillo is a FANTASTIC firm! These folks are thorough, caring, and will fight for your rights and your children. I worked with Kacey Todaro (formerly McCann) today in what had the potential to be a "cut throat" custody battle for my son because of certain serious concerns involving his mother's "extracurricular habits" that we had compiled a mountain of evidence to support our filing. Mrs. Todaro was extremely kind, compassionate to our concerns, and an absolute Lioness in the courtroom after the opposition conceded due to the case being that strong. Mr. Amir Stark was equally as compassionate and fierce in his approach to fighting the initial battles of custody, child support, and the emergency petition for custody modification. All of the ladies in the office I'd spoken with at any point during this long fight for my son's safety were absolutely amazing and truly cared about my case and child's safety which was the paramount cause of this fight. My experience is bad. After free consultation and HUGE retainer payment, Tim Grisillo is no good. He knew the deadline was approaching for filing response and despite trying to call him with no answer, his excuse was he sent me an email based on my review to law cases and said he could not help. I never heard a lawyer base his decision based on his client review of the law. I wouldn't care if I was not crunch in time. Instead of finding a ground to defend me, he said he could not help me. Then why taking my case to start with.

I cant even begin to tell you how incredibly helpful they all are. Kacey went above and beyond for me during my divorce. She is incredibly knowledgeable and stood her ground for me. I was always kept informed and she was very easy to get in touch with. I truly appreciate Kacey for the outcome of my divorce. I would highly recommend!

Was a terrible experience would never recommend their services again Daniel maschi gave me the old run around taking steps backwards to drain the money I had put into a trust to retain him upset prolly because I did not retain him of a percentage to my fathers estate told me he could only work off the money in the trust now billed me 500 more dollars 4 months wasted and did absolutely not 1 thing Done, he filed for me to become administrator of the estate, knowing you had to get a probate bond prior and proceeded to get me denied as any law office should know this is the procedure I am thankful I did not retain him part of the estate because he probably would’ve ended up with everything they’re crooked. They’re liars and they are not to be trusted.

I would very highly recommend this law firm! Kacey McCann was my divorce lawyer and what a fighter she was for me! She was confident, well prepared and well organized. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome with my case. Kacey never let the ball drop. She aggressively went to the next step and kept it moving forward. She was always available to answer questions and explained everything clearly. I was proud to have her represent me in court! She was awesome! I highly recommend her!

It was a great pleasure working with Mr. Zlock and multiple people from his office. He is highly professional, caring and exceptionally well prepared. Unlike some other attorneys, he is virtually always available to answer phone calls, even late at night, early in the morning and on weekends.
