T-boned 15 mos. ago to the day by driver with CA state minimal insurance coverage into 3rd party with debris hitting 4th party. Complicated accident. Truck totaled (had liability coverage only- no collision). Received maximum injury compensation for the policy and finally received property settlement check today as well. Still lost substantial investment (truck valuation) but if it weren't for the persistent efforts of Daryoush Zolfaghari dealing with everyone (medical professionals, insurance agencies- particularly the at-fault driver's), don't know how would have been able to move forward (figuratively and literally). Was able to get enough compensation for a down payment on a new car plus pay off credit card debt incurred renting vehicles while case being settled. Without Dar constantly calling the at-fault driver's company to finally get all parties to agree to a less than optimal solution, don't know if ever would have seen the property damage money. Couldn't have been more timely and needed as it is right now! HIGHLY recommend his services if ever find oneself in a similar situation. What an awesome accident attorney!
